The home was like the pictures so planning room assignments in advance was easier to plan. Carol stopped by to ensure we were settling in well & provided a lot of good information. The home is a great place to stay.

If you want a beautiful house on the beach with lots of windows to enjoy the views, this is the place! There is an easier access to the sand from the road just a few houses to the south for those that need it. We had a wonderful time!

The panoramic window views were stunning! The host was very responsive and helpful. There is a pretty significant tide that renders the house’s beach stairs inaccessible at high tide; however there is a public beach (not overly crowded) within a short walk’s distance. The house is also logistically stationed between Boston and Cape Cod which made for fun day trips if you don’t care to sit idle for very long. The town of Marshfield is a great town; there are many little local restaurants and near by grocery stores and coffee shops within a 10 min or less drive for convenience yet not too crowd.

This house was perfect for my 11 friends and I. There was plenty of space in the home for everyone. Great view from the house and so close to the beach. Extra room in the basement with a ping pong table made it so fun for longer nights. Amazing house and the owner is very friendly, I would definitely recommend staying here, I hope to again.
