Great house, perfect for a large family or a couple small families with plenty of room to spread out.

Fred was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had a small issue with the house when we arrived, and he was very quick to respond and take action while being mindful of our vacation and wanting to be sure we were settled in and not bothered unless necessary. The location was outstanding right on the water. Unfortunately, the weather was not superb, so we defiantly appreciated the large open kitchen , living room, and fireplace!!

Fred was a wonderful host and very helpful and always responsive, as well as the property manager, Scott. The views were absolutely breathtaking; our only complaint with the view was some overgrown bushes that could be trimmed to give a better view. The home was mostly updated minus the playroom and basement bathroom, which could use an overhaul. The playroom was not air conditioned, causing our group of 11 to have to do some rearranging to make sure everyone slept comfortably. Overall we had a nice stay and really enjoyed Plymouth.

As 4 couples, finding a beach house that had 4 king beds was not a easy task but this absolutely fit the bill. The house is unique and we enjoyed the amazing view and fire space. A lot of the rooms were not used by us and I could see that families with kids would really like how much space is available here. Fred was very easy to commute with and the management people were also super responsive. Thanks for the amazing trip!
