The views were breathtaking, from every viewpoint within the home. Relax and cuddle on the couch with several books to choose from or unwind in one of the large jacuzzi tubs with a glass of wine. If you are looking for a peaceful, private home with beautiful ocean views, this is your place! It exceeded our expectations!

Such a beautiful home. Loved the beachy decor and comfortable furniture. The views were outstanding. We especially loved walking down the beach in the early morning.

Everything was magnificent. The views were absolutely spectacular!! We saw and heard seals. Saw crabs in the beach. Gorgeous sunrise!!!The only issue that we had was some lights didn’t seem to work above the kitchen.

We loved the location, and could have loved the house. Unfortunately, there were more maintenance issues than are reasonable for an expensive house. A not exhaustive list: The large microwave did not work (a too small replacement one did), the dishwashers (2) leaked immediately, the upstairs spa tub leaked into the downstairs necessitating an immediately stop to use, there was a broken blind, a broken screen, the pool was heated, but still too cold, and the claim to a 4 bedroom house was rather specious. It's 3 bedrooms, and a pull-out couch upstairs. The house should be advertised more honestly (it's still a wonderful location!), repaired and maintained.

The property is truly stunning - relaxing, peaceful, quintessential New England. The management company Vacasa is an absolute disaster. We walked in to huge houseflies we had to kill; a broken pocket door for a bedroom that opened onto a common area (never fixed); a microwave that never worked properly; and multiple service calls / emails to a general central number. We never talked to the same person twice. We needed a single, local point person, if for no other reason than for safety. We were there seven days and saw several contractors, presumably for old service calls, in addition to the ones we had made. Houses can be unpredictable, as everyone gets, but the way customers are treated is squarely within a managers' control. Vacasa randomly credited us $100 "for our trouble", which is laughable. No one has ever called us personally about any of it. We LOVED this house, but this lack of care from Vacasa was really upsetting.
