You can relax on the beach, take in local sights, and just relax with some of the best. You can enjoy our newly renovated house in a safe oceanside neighborhood located at the beach. The house is on the sea wall and access to the beach is quick. Beach access is on either side of the house with stair access. We have plenty of parking and highly recommended to access local restaurants, nightlife, and attractions. Marshfield has a diverse selection of restaurants and nightlife that is a 5-10 minute drive from our house. You can enjoy local seafood and then walk to your next place to take in a local band or enjoy a beverage on the roof deck of a local restaurant and bar. You can also enjoy a beautiful drive along the coastal towns of Duxbury, Plymouth, Scituate, and Cohasset to access quaint shops and stores, and enjoy some of the local seafood and cuisine in these coastal towns. Historic Plymouth, Massachusetts is 30 minutes away and Boston is about an hour. Take in the many historic sites such as Plymouth Rock, Plymouth Plantation, a Boston Duck Tour, Boston’s Historic Italian North End, the New England Aquarium, and much, much, more. Boston can be accessed by public transportation and we can easily guide you to the metro stations where you can access the train and commuter rail lines. After an exciting day on the beach or enjoying local attractions, you can always come back to a very comfortable home. Take a moment to relax on the deck to enjoy one of the most amazing sunsets, take in the beautiful night sky, or just sit back, close your eyes, and listen to the sound of the ocean. Take a nap or read a book, take a nice warm shower in your own private bath, or sunbathe on the deck and enjoy an adult beverage. We have plenty of pillows and blankets if you get chilly. Remember being on the ocean, the temperate can drop 8-10 degrees from inland temperatures. We advise packing a sweatshirt or long pants. We have central air and heat. We are located directly on the ocean on the sea wall. You can sit on our deck and enjoy the views or use the beach below. You will go down the stairs on either side of our home and can use the beach freely. We are dictated by the tide schedule. When it is high tide, the water does come up to the sea wall and beach access in front of the house is restricted. However, you can relocate down the beach a short distance to continue. When the tide goes out, it goes quite far so there is plenty of space to enjoy the water. You will enjoy our home using our comfortable open living area, or you can sit outside on our deck. We also have an outdoor dining area to enjoy a meal and take in the views. Our home is an open space concept and you can use the spacious island to dine or use our dining table to eat. Again we have an outdoor dining space on the deck if you want to enjoy the outdoors. All bathrooms will have clean towels, other amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, body lotion, and toiletries. Wi-fi 24/7. If you have a car, free parking is allowed on the property. We just ask for advance notice if there will be guests while you are on the property that is not part of the original guest noted during your time making a reservation. We have plenty of parking so if you need more space don't hesitate to ask. We understand that nothing is better than packing a lunch and heading down to the beach to spend some time. Or how about waking up, grabbing a cup of coffee and a muffin, and sitting on the deck watching a stunning sunrise. Or sometimes you just want to enjoy a lovely dinner on the deck during a magnificent sunset. No matter what your situation is, we have a full kitchen at your disposal. We have a gourmet coffee maker, as well as gourmet, high-end kitchen appliances for your use. This includes stove and oven, toaster and blender. You are welcome to use our refrigerator and freezer to store food items, and we will make space for any dry goods you have. We also have a wine refrigerator to store your favorite bottle of wine to enjoy on the deck. You will have access to plates, glasses, and silverware. >> You can have access to our laundry, so guest like you would not have to go elsewhere to do laundry. We have 2 sets of washer and dryers. >>We will also have beach chairs for you so no need to pack that for your day at the beach.
