The Shark Tooth Shanty is your perfect "no frills sleep spot". We are a cozy, single family home in a residential area off of Folly Road on James Island. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, fenced in large yard. 15 minutes to Folly Beach & 10 minutes to downtown Charleston. We may not be the fanciest in Charleston, but our home is inviting, cute and CLEAN. The ideal location to access all things Charleston without having to be in the thick of things! All about The Shark Tooth Shanty This is a single family home on James Island. Less than a mile to the Festival of Lights (James Island County Park), 10 minutes to Folly Beach, 7 minutes to downtown Charleston. Our space is perfect for any vacation and/or business stay where you would like to be in a quiet area, but be able to access areas of Charleston with ease.

Sharktooth Shanty is cozy and comfortable at a great location. We especially loved the roomy backyard deck off the master bedroom and fenced yard. Thoughtful extras like the welcome basket were an especially nice touch.

Lovely accommodations for our Charleston getaway! Fully stocked kitchen, all the amenities of home! Sweet individual touches as well. Would definitely stay again.

The shark tooth shanty has a spacious, fenced backyard and is in a perfect location between Charleston and folly. Kerrie is a fantastic host. We enjoyed our visit very much.
