Bastante agradados com o espaço e toda a sua envolvência (paisagem e natureza). Ideal para quem procura desfrutar de um tempo calmo e sossegado, com paisagem lindíssima para a barragem, espaço para mergulhos e leituras junto da natureza. Sugestão: para quem planeia realizar as refeições no bungalow, deverá ir prevenido com todo os bens alimentares, uma vez que o espaço fica longe de um supermercado.

The place is beautiful, a good place to get away from the city. Though it is very remote and the nearest market is about an hour away, so be prepared before coming. I was a bit offended by one of Alipio’s gestures however. Upon arriving I asked if there were any restaurants or markets nearby. Alipio insisted we eat with him and his family, and made it seem as though this was a gesture of courtesy, since there is nowhere else to eat nearby. When my father and I sat at the table we were very shy and served ourselves very lightly (I had mostly bread, half a serving if fish, and less than 100 grams of meat) , so as not take advantage of the situation. However, at the end of our stay his wife charged us 30 euros each for this dinner… this was rather indirect and should’ve been made explicit. I am gladly willing to pay for a meal/services, but in such a case, we should’ve been told a price and/or offered a menu.

The place is literally in the middle of nowhere so you get to hear the birds chirping, gaze at the stars and swim in a serene lake. The place is thought through in every possible detail making the stay very comfortable. We really enjoyed the floating deck and the SUP boards - what a great add on! There are 4 friendly dogs living at the property and our 2 dogs made friends with them quickly - the dog friendliness of this place is very much appreciated (though if you're afraid of dogs, it's probably not the place to stay). Beware the access to the property is via 5km long dirt road - the road is in very good condition though. There was no welcome message or instructions through the app - but we read about that in reviews so that was expected. The hosts were at the property to greet us. Great stay, clean and modern cabin, lovely, remote location with great views and access to the lake. Perfect location to recharge :) Thank you so much, we had a great time!
