Lovely bell tent with reasonable camp site facilities. Lovely welcome pack even for our puppy! Well equipped even with spare batteries that we needed to use to make the lights functional. Would be useful to have had the campsite name and the warden to have expected us even though we’d communicated we’d be late. Tricky to find the toilets in the dark and rain: no map or directions provided.

The bell tent was well appointed with everything we needed, sweets and a half bottle of prosecco provided which was a nice touch.

We stayed with our two kids and had a great time. The tent is great with everything you need for an enjoyable break.

I stayed here two weeks ago with my two boys who are 3 and 8. We all had an amazing time and my kids loved their time there. The location is great and the site is so clean with great facilities (toilets, showers, park for kids, small restaurant) plus it’s super close to a nearby creek for water activities. Everyone was very friendly too. It’s also within walking distance of a beach - around 15 mins walk. There’s also a camp site warden who walks around and was super helpful if you ever needed anything. The tent itself is beautiful and is deceptively big inside. It’s close to the camp site reception and restaurant and backs on to a beautiful lake. It has a parking bay next to the tent too. It has all you need - a small fridge, microwave, crockery, electric barbecue, power supply so you can plug in chargers etc, cutlery, good amount of storage for clothes. Chairs and a table too. There is a double bed and we had two single blow up beds either side of that and were ok for space. The host Nicola even left some juice in the fridge for my boys upon arrival - nice little touch and super thoughtful. Nicola was so nice to deal with throughout and even when I had questions on arrival she responded so quickly. Thanks you so much for a lovely stay, we’d love to come back.
