LOVED this rental and the location! Topsail is always beautiful but the views from the balcony’s at this house were stunning! The house was super clean and the kitchen updates were ‘chefs kiss’ if you like to cook. We had everything we needed and the beds were Super comfortable! The location is excellent - just out of the way enough to have complete seclusion but close enough to town you could bike it and enjoy all the good restaurants and shops. We hope to return soon with our kiddo and puppers - they all loved the decks and taking in the ocean air!

Everything you would want in a stay on Topsail Island. It is very apparent that the owner understands what people are looking for in a vacation stay; the bedrooms offered a lot of sleeping options, the living space was well accommodated and had sweeping views of the ocean, and you were both close enough to restaurants and shopping, while also being far enough away from the traffic and hustle of the main pier tourist area. Stellar communication and responsiveness. We will absolutely rent here again!
