Chipper house Pleasant, casual, and simplistic south facing private home for our one month stay. In a safe, fairly quiet blue collar neighborhood of single family residences. Street light directly across from the driveway. Restaurants and stores within 5 miles. Many parks nearby for recreation. Beach 20 minute drive to the north or south. Traffic is more than manageable in this area. Posted photos are accurate. Enjoyed screen patio!! Laundry/ utility room helpful. No dedicated workspace but we were able to make it work by repurposing furniture. WiFi excellent!! Able to use our streaming services. We chose not to drink the tap water and filled jugs at a nearby fill station, worked out very well. Prompt communication from hosts. Hope to stay again in 2025. Home would be good for workers on short term assignment at L3 Harris, Raytheon, or Northrop Grumman

Tv never worked properly Julio ordered a new antenna that helped but did not fix the problem. Then no other response for 3.5 weeks. I like to walk around the house bare footed, the next morning when I got in the shower there was mud. My wife spent all of her time sitting in a lawn chair that we had brought with us. The couches were not comfortable seating for(72 yo). We never used the yard because the weeds were knee high and looking from the screened porch we saw a snake.

Juli and Noah were such kind people and they took very good care of me during my stay. The highlight of this place is that a very nice walking trail is about one half block from the house. Along the walking trail - one side is a creek and the other side was a bird sanctuary - so peaceful and I felt safe. What made this Airbnb outstanding is definitely the hosts - Noah and Juli. I really enjoyed my stay there!

We stayed at Noah’s place for 6 months throughout the summer. We felt right at home in the house, the water heater stays hot for super long! We were able to get all our showers without the water ever getting cold. The place is really private with a fenced backyard and a huge porch! The air conditioner kept the place perfectly cool during the summer. The host is really responsive, one of the appliances had a problem and they immediately had it replaced with a brand new one within days! We really enjoyed our stay!
