Nice little house. A few little issues here and there that Brandon can easily fix (screen door needs repair, someone had apparently knocked the toilet paper holder off the wall in the bathroom...couple of other minor issues). Nothing major that affects the stay, however. All appliances/bathroom look newish and work well. Water pressure at kitchen faucet is kinda low, but fine in bathroom. House was clean and comfortable with wi-fi and all the comforts of home. Neighborhood has a lot of construction going on, so trucks were sometimes blocking the road, etc. Certainly not Brandon's fault. Lol! We come down to FL quite a bit, and if Brandon lets us, we'll gladly stay at this house again. Overall, it was a very nice stay and reasonable.

I really enjoyed this stay I also enjoyed meeting Brandon, he was a great host! The property was very nice and peaceful the house sits back and next to some woods. I wish it were Florida winter and we could have used the fire pit. House has spacious front and back porch which was nice. There is only on bathroom but we made it work. Kitchen was nice. I look forward to visiting again.
