Janet’s place was better than advertised, the property itself had a beautiful garden with vibrant flowers (great photo op), the pool was very spacious and the hot tub was lovely(we enjoyed the donut floaty!). The beach was closer than advertised and very beautiful. The bnb was exactly as advertised, the 3 bathrooms were very convenient and stocked with everything we needed (despite other reviews). Janet was very responsive and helpful during our whole vacation process, and the checkout process isn’t too bad at all. Her home is beautiful and was definitely worth the money. It is a little far from the popular tourist areas which we really didn’t mind since we rented a car (20 minute drive). There is a 10 minute dirt road that is smoothed out which isn’t too bad but to be expected.

Absolutely fabulous hidden gem! We loved every moment. The place had lots of room for the family and 3 full baths. It’s a drive to get there but everything on the island is 20 mins away. Only recommendation is get some hooks for wet towels and swimsuits. Other than that, the balcony was great, the hot tub and pool area was great and even the restaurant was enjoyable.

Overall a nice quiet place to stay but there were a few things that brought my rating down. Our favorite part is how private the property was! The biggest issue was that there was not enough common house hold items provided, such as trash bags, paper towels, detergent m etc. We were provided with 1 paper towel roll and 1 extra trash bag for 5 guests for a week long stay. No nearly enough. When I reached out to Janet about getting a few extra items, she said they only provide “starter items”. I’ve never had a host not provide sufficient items for the stay. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer in the unit which is great but there was no laundry detergent to use. Janet said to use dish soap? I’m on vacation why would I go buy I huge jug of laundry soap and a box of 100 trash bags. For the price of this air bnb I expected the basic amenities to be provided. Lastly, there are so many clean up steps to check out! I’ve never had a host expect me to take out the trash/strip the bedding

Highly recommend this spots if visiting TCI. For the island, it’s a great value. Plenty of space and nice resort right on the beach. It’s run very well. There is a nice pool and great beach amenities. Caveats to know- it’s about a 20 minute drive from the main part of the island with most of the restaurants, but less than that to tons of beautiful beaches. If you want to grill or cook some of your own food and have space for a great value, this place is for you.

Very well kept condo! Had no issues and host was flexible with checkout. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends!
