Delmar is a cool place. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. 15 min drive to malls or downtown so that was very convenient. Place had some hair in the bathtub from the start and the trash can in the kitchen was full when we arrived. We were in STL in a heatwave so the AC had a hard time keeping up, didn’t get below 80 until after midnight so that made for tough sleeping. Otherwise. Secure. Convenient location.

Ron's place was clean and comfortable/ Beds were comfortable, especially if you like them a little on the soft side. The building was totally silent--heard nothing of neighbors. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, etc. Keurig was nice for a quick cup of coffee. Convenient for getting to so many sites and locales in the St. Louis area. The Metro rail station was 5 min away and a bus runs in front of the building, if you're not driving. What you see in the listing is what you get, and it actually felt a little more spacious in person. We were very pleased to stay here and would again! A great value! A couple things to be prepared for: the AC unit is quite loud and by the bedrooms, though some might like the white noise; the bedrooms face the street which was kind of noisy on the Friday night (mostly quite otherwise); be prepared to pay for daytime street parking if you don't get an on-site spot (free street parking 8 pm - 9 am). Minor quibbles, a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay on Delmar. The pictures and description of the place were all accurate. It is a busy area, though, and a little noisy. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing a fan and/or white noise machine to help drown out the noise of the street. Parking can be a little tricky, but we were able to find street parking easily when the private parking was full. Easy access to WashU, Forest Park, and lots of fun restaurants.

A cozy, comfortable apartment with great amenities (the coffee machine was a nice touch), in a lively neighborhood with some good restaurants and cafes, walking distance from Forest Park and a Metrolink stop. Perfect for a city break.

Just a perfect apartment, all you really need -- clean and tidy, and in the middle of all the fun on Delmar. If this is an area you like, I can't imagine you can do better than this! Also: terrific service. Thank you!
