Great stay at no.45. Family group aged 11 to 78 enjoyed the bungalow. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, no clutter and fresh and clean. It’s a joy to sit and eat in the conservatory and watch the sea and the world go by. Host Princy was very quick to respond and resolve a minor problem with towels. Can recommend - crabbing at Pagham Harbour for the kids and adults and Adventure golf at nearby Chichester Golf Club. Food - good food and friendly, helpful staff at The Anchor Bleu, Bosham. Good food at The Crown and Anchor, Dell Quay - book the Lower Deck for a special occasion and watch the sunset Little Fish in Pagham for great fish and chips Runcton Farm Shop cafe is closed on a Monday so head over the road to the garden centre - great cooked breakfast. The only very minor problem - could do with some comfy seating in the conservatory. Once again - thanks Princy 😀👍 !

Another fabulous stay at Princy’s beautiful seaside bungalow. As last time it was spotless, well equipped, perfect for our family of 4 plus dogs. The location is outstanding, literally on the beach! Princy is extremely friendly and responds quickly to any queries. We would highly recommend her fabulous bungalow.
