The wonderful market town of Axminster is a five minute drive with direct rail services to London Waterloo. There is a lovely open plan lounge with a wood effect log burner, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. Comprising of a double oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, air-fryer and induction hob, it has everything you'll need for your stay. This flows through to the utility room with a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Next to this is the conservatory which is a great place for boots and wet clothes to dry, store bikes and to clean your hound if needed. There are 2 bedrooms, the master has a large ensuite. This room has stunning views to the hills and countryside beyond. The second is a twin bedroom with two good size single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. There is a chest of drawers in the master with a hairdryer and safe as well. There is a second bathroom on the ground floor with a walk in shower and full size bath. The garden is a great size and fully enclosed. The patio is west facing and has a wonderful patio table, chairs and parasol. There is plenty of room to sit and a great space to eat al fresco or enjoy a glass of wine. Toys, extra seats, and beach games are provided for total relaxation. For the business traveller you have the use of a printer (WIFI enabled plus cable if required), paper, pads, pens / pencils, stapler, an assortment of USB connector leads, a Cat 8 Ethernet cable and a fast reliable wifi network. There is a lockable safe on the premises for your valuables.
