The place is a good price, but you are paying for the dirt. The place is highly invested by cochroaches, which come out at night and climb around on the walls and furniture. I would have written a better review but waking up with a roach on me was too much. The beds were also in bad shape and bedding was sparse. The place also has a strange smell and seemed dirty. The kit hen was clean except for the roaches. The place is near a lake which is cool if you do not mind roaches.
