Lovely apartment, well located and great for self catering if you need. We eat out and the local restaurants close to the apartment are superb. The steps to the third floor are steep but manageable and add to the character of the building. Internet access was faultless. Possibly the best I have experienced in any Air B&B. Lucca is a beautiful and Public transport to the wider area is reliable and easy to find and use. We had a wonderful week in Lucca and I was reassured knowing that Lorenzo was a call or text away if we needed assistance. The apartment is well equipped, clean, comfortable and it was a pleasure to stay there. I look forward to visiting again.

We spent a very enjoyable month in Lucca & Lorenzo's apartment was a perfect place to call home for that time. As two senior women, it was comfortable & clean, bright & spacious. We cooked a lot of our own meals "at home" & the kitchen was well fitted out with everything we needed. The check in & out was painless & Lorenzo was quick to respond & helpful when we had any questions or needed suggestions. Friends stayed over a couple days & assured us that the pullout couch was very comfortable. We went into the rental knowing ahead of time so were prepared for the 40 stairs to the top floor & by the time we were leaving, we felt quite smug about how easily we were making the trips up & down them. The neighbourhood around the apartment is delightful - convenient to everything important - restaurants, corner groceries, wine bar, gelato & a little bakery literally next door. It is a short walk to the wall a& only a bit further to the train station. We highly recommend.

We would highly recommend Lorenzo’s apartment in Lucca. It was easily our favourite stay in Italy. Lorenzo was super responsive and very friendly throughout. The apartment has everything you need and is even better in the flesh. It very quiet at night too. It’s close to all of the great bars and restaurants Lucca has to offer. Everything is walkable. We are travelling in a camper and the free parking outside of the wall was a bonus. My wife and I were both working remotely and the apartment is set up so well for it. The internet is quick too. Thanks again Lorenzo. We can’t wait to come back!

Staying at Lorenzo's place is a must if you visit Lucca. It is in an excellent location, close to restaurants and all the activities. His place is beautiful.
