Payton's place was reasonably priced and in a great location. There's plenty to do within a 15 minute walking distance, and if you do have a car during your stay, there was plenty of street parking conveniently available, which can be difficult in Ballard. A few reviews did mention that you can occasionally hear footsteps above the studio unit, which is true, but we didn't mind as we were only there to sleep during a busy trip visiting family. Only thing that was a negative for us was that we couldn't find any temperature control within the unit, and on our last morning, we woke up to hot air blowing strongly from the vents - it felt like it was pushing to 80 degrees or more. We were able to open a window and close the vents where the hot air was blowing to cool things down a bit. All in all, though, Payton's place was a cozy base of operations for a busy weekend visiting family in the area. Payton was proactive, friendly, and responsive, and I'd be happy to stay at her's again!

* Payton was super responsive and helpful. When I had trouble checking in at an odd hour (2 AM), she responded quickly and guided me through the process in person. * The Airbnb is located in a quiet and peaceful community, offering a relaxing stay. * Free street-side parking was readily available within a short distance of five to ten feet to the Airbnb. * The Airbnb looks even better in person than in the photos! It's clear that Payton puts real effort into maintaining the space to such a high standard. * I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches: a great coffee selection, spotless kitchenware, and a welcome gift of locally-made chocolate. * The Airbnb was well-equipped with amenities such as a washer, dryer, hair dryer, steam iron presser, and room heater. * Finally, I'd like to thank Payton for her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly responsive, customer-focused, and even accommodated my request for a slightly later checkout.
