We loved the house. There were 3 couples and we each had our own bathroom. We had a great table to sit at for breakfast and loved the porches. We walked to dinner each night we were there….a great location. Joseph was quick to respond to any questions we had and checkin was very smooth! Would love to rent the house again! Highly recommend for others!!

This impressive older house has lots of room for a big group. The huge ceilings and windows give the bedrooms an airy feel. We loved the big porches. Not too far from good restaurants and nightlife in Mobile. I appreciated the good communication and the quick response when we had questions about the house after check in.

Home needs a deep clean and removal of items that are collecting dust. Lots of lightbulbs out throughout house. When contacted, someone came and replaced the 4 bulbs out in den quickly. This is a beautiful historic home that needs some love. Our group enjoyed the upstairs wrap around porch. We found plenty of plates, glasses, and utensils but limited items for cooking and food prep. The bedding was as described and served our group of 8 adults easily.

Pros - Very spacious unit, check in/out was simple and convenient. Cons - Had an issue with the toilet in the master bathroom not flushing and brown water coming out of the sink faucet and shower. This was not fixed during our stay. The house was not well insulated and left one bathroom almost unusable given how cold it got. Also noticed what appeared to be a pest problem in one of the bathrooms. Location- Wasn’t the best, but it’s what you pay for given the price.
