This was our family’s first Air B&B experience and it was absolutely perfect. Barbara personally welcomed us into her Cape House which was beautifully equipped with everything our family of 4 needed for a long weekend. Her welcome basket of treats was a sweet touch. The private yard was very lush; the pool was amazing and clean. It was hard to leave the property to explore the Cape because we had everything we needed at the house- pool with tons of floats, yard games, ping pong table, outdoor lounge furniture, Weber grill, pool/beach towels. When we did venture out, the mid-Cape location proved very convenient to stores, restaurants, beaches, mini-golf- both within Yarmouth and other towns. The house was very clean and beds/linens were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential. Barbara was extremely responsive to questions. This was the perfect Cape escape. Thank you Barbara, for your hospitality!

The house was everything we could have asked for. We recently had a baby so we're looking for a nice quite location with things to do as a family. The house was beautiful and more than we could have expected. Lots to do around the area. Would highly recommend to anyone. Barbara was great.

Barbara always responded to any questions I had within minutes. Her house had everything we needed for a family vacation on Cape Cod. It was extremely nice to walk in to made up beds, towels for both bathroom and pool and beach chairs. So much less to bring with us and made packing so much easier. We would definitely recommend the house to others and hope to return one day!

Nice home away from home! We enjoyed our stay here: clean, nicely appointed and the pool was icing on the cake.
