Michael is a great communicator and accommodating host. The rental is sunny, well-appointed, and incredibly walkable to local restaurants, shops, and entertainment. I especially appreciated the Nescafé machine, washer & dryer, dishwasher, and anything one might need to cook or make a favorite coffee drink. Proximity to restaurants and local events is excellent.

We loved our stay in Idaho Springs!! Michael was an above and beyond host. He has great local recommendations and had the house fully stocked for all we could need. Idaho Springs was the perfect location to get to all of the mountains towns and an easy trip to Denver. Only bad thing was that it went by too fast!

Michael was an incredibly responsive host. Anything I needed he thought about it beforehand. When I asked for local tips, he had all the best spots. Can’t recommend his property enough. And his incredible white glove service put it over the top in the best possible way.
