From before we even booked our stay with Kody, he was already quick and helpful answering questions we had. Kodys place was exactly what my wife and me needed from our busy stressful work lives. Not to mention we brought our 11 month old with us. The views from the deck are amazing. Look closely you will see deer and elk all day on the mountain across soda creek rd. Location is great because your far enough away yet everything is close less than a mile. Gas station, restaurants, Safeway, and don’t forget your friends at mountain medicinal. Make sure to rent all wheel drive. Driveway will be tough in bad weather without. We went with a Subaru and had no problems. Got about 8-10” of snow last nite there. Our driveway got plowed around 9am which was great because we had to head to the airport at 10 so that was great. Wi-Fi was great and no issues with cell service. If we decide to treck that way or go to another red rocks show we would definitely stay there again.

Our family really enjoyed the cabin - it’s very secluded. Kody responds quick. There is a booklet of house manual which includes restaurant recommendations. Very thoughtful. Big kitchen with all supplies and splices. The 3 bedrooms are decent size. Our kids enjoyed having their own space to wind down after a day on the slope. A portion of the driveway is steep. We managed no problem with a AWD. Kody was very helpful providing tips besides what’s included in the Airbnb check in list. Thank you Kody for hosting us. We will come back!

Host was very responsive. Rental was clean, quaint, and came with a beautiful view. Right around the corner from all the main ski resorts. Downtown area within a mile and had some cute places to eat. Thank you for the stay!
