We really enjoyed our stay and even extended for a couple more weeks. It's a great sized unit with plenty of space, fast and stable internet, great view and everything you need you. I love the area and the mall is a five minute walk. We'll be booking again in the future and can't wait!

a really nice place close to the venice Mall. host responds very quickly to questions , and so does the staff of the building. the photos are accurate to how it actually looks.

pros: the location is ok, especially if you wanna go to the Venice mall, or work in the McKinley area. The house is clean, and has been designed well. cons: false advertising! there's no dryer in the room! nor in the building. when I asked the owner where is the dryer, he responded that the washer has spin to dry function ... that's not a dryer! and there's no conforter or blanket in the room! Even though there's a blanket showed in the picture. I asked the owner where's the blanket, he replied people in Philippines don't use blanket or conforter, they only use sheets. You kidding me? I had stayed in Manila for three months already, and I have friends and colleagues here. I know how people live here OK?! He also saide will bring blanket two days after, but he dnidn't ... not trust worthy at all. The internet was super bad. it was only a wireless router with no ethernet connected. very slow and unstable. So if you are looking for a short stay (less than one week) it's ok. don't choose this one for long term stay.
