Too expensive . It is small and not cosy for the price. Chairs were uncomfortable, no armchairs, no sofa, just the bed and poor quality linens on the bed, no mattress cover, no pillows cover, just the sheets put directly on old stuff and for me, it is not appropriate. The kitchen is small and the fridge did not work properly. Also, there were works on buildings around with a lot of noise all month and also electricity redone in our building so we had the lift shut down for a few days, and all these were certainly announced prior to my reservation so I consider I paid too much money for the apartment that month. The area is very pleasant, complicated to park in the area if you have a car and come back late from work like me . Anáis, the girl in charge of renting ,is very nice and responsive when there is a problem . Good communication. I had a problem with electricity in the kitchen and the electrician that came was professional and nice and came right away.

In general everything is good, we communicated with the owner and all our issues were solved really fast. Wi-Fi works bad and slow.

Les coussins et le lit sont de très mauvaise qualités , ils sont pas du tout confortables. La cuisine est très mal aménagés, et même c’est dangereux de cuisiner: l’interrupteur du lumière est just à côtés du gaz , ce qui est hyper dangereux, chaque fois que je cuisinais, j’avais trop peur. Les assiettes et les verres sont très anciens. Le personne de l’agence est nuls côtés communication , soyez sûr ils vont jamais vous aider ou vous servir si vous avez besoin de quelque chose , même un petit détails ou même un cas d’urgence ( en relation avec l’appartement biensur). Et pour finir en beauté , c’est mentionner un appartement avec wifi , alors le wifi ne marche pas. Franchement très mauvaise expérience surtout avec le personnel de l’agence. Je recommande pas
