Excelente!!!! Hotel moderno com instalações impecáveis e localização. Restaurantes proximos e acesso fácil a pontos turísticos de Santa Monica, Bervely Hills, Holywood e etc. Nenhum ponto negativo!!!!!

The parking in the basement of this place, laundry room in premises and the check in process are a couple of positives that we can think of while describing this place . We should have checked reviews a little diligently before booking this place . The hotel floors gives off a musty smell and though the room is spacious ; the carpets , bathroom is definitely dated . We had a room with two queen beds and one bed stared at the bathroom right across . Not sure why a sliding door wasn’t added to the interior instead of having a large door to open and close the bathroom. The AC was so noisy that we preferred to feel hot inside the room than listen to it. The water pressure in the bathroom was awful . We didn’t even take shower the second day . They have a microwave in the lobby and laundry room in premise. Doesn’t feel value for the money we paid for two night stay and won’t be returning for a repeat stay.

Sonders felt like a trendy hotel when we walked in, the room was large and comfy, and the bathroom too. There is free parking at the hotel, which was very useful, and check-in fast and easy. Overall a very nice experience!

Super chic and stylish! Check in was super easy and personelle was quick I'm assisting. of course since being new there's small wrinkles they have to iron out, but nothing to take away from the overall experience. we really enjoyed our stay.
