This is a nice find for a single traveler. Janet recommends a great park nearby with well groomed hiking trails. The property is pleasant; however road noise can be bothersome if you don't come prepared with earplugs so take note. My basic earplugs did just fine and this wouldn't deter me. The bath/shower are just a few steps away and is quite nice and clean. The Amethyst room is really cute with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig machine and enough outlets if you need to do a little work. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work during my stay but I wasn't dependent on it. I would rated this a 5-star stay had the bed been comfortable but I think it's been well used, sagged badly in the middle. With a firmer or denser mattress this could have been a fave. I REALLY like the space!

This is pretty much as advertised - tiny house with a shared bathroom in the main house.

Lovely, comfortable little guest house in a nice quiet stretch of country. More appealing to me than staying in downtown Indy - waking up to the distant rooster and fresh country air (and a very friendly house cat). Bathroom is just across the way, totally easy to get into. Kinda just what I was looking for.
