We stayed one night in Bellagio at Alessia’s, and it was wonderful. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and best of all it had an amazing view. Alessia’s communication was clear and quick and we really appreciated her help with parking and check in. Would 100% recommend if staying in Bellagio!

We had a mishap with a taxi driver who never showed up to pick us up from the train station putting us almost two hours behind and then potentially another 2-4 hours with the long ferry line and ferry ride to get there. When we reached out to her to her know the situation and why we would be much later than what we said for our check-in, she took it upon herself to go above and beyond and sent another taxi driver to pick us up within 15 minutes. She was so warm once we got there and we felt incredibly taken care of!! The bnb itself was amazing. Absolutely zero complaints. Would love to come back one day.

Very nice apartment. The view is worth every dime; the apartment is clean and comfortable; easy access. Alessia was very proactive, friendly and easy to communicate with. Several useful recommendations regarding Villas to visit; restaurants and boat tours (she even helped us book a boat tour that went very well and recommended an excellent, fine dine, restaurant) (have in mind, if you are staying in Bellagio you have to be able and willing to walk; this is located in a residential neighborhood and there is a 15 mins walk from the center. Access to the apartment requires walking 100mts worth several flights of stairs from the main gate; this is normal in Europe but could be challenging if you are carrying lots of luggage)

Long story short, this place was absolutely amazing. Came for an engagement on the lake, and the location and service from Alessia was perfect! Easy commute around the lake, quiet but scenic residential complex perfect for anyone looking for a short drive/walk to Bellagio and the surrounding areas. The home as so clean and comfortable, we wish we could have stayed longer.
