Property was clean smelled amazing great front desk person. The room was located on the street, wasn’t sound proof could hear cars entire stay. Air conditioner was noisy. Not a great room for a light sleeper

Just as described! Very easy to get to and clear instructions on how to get inside, front desk was helpful and friendly! Would 100% stay again!

The room was tidy and in a great location. However, the customer service fell short. I sought an extension due to a late check-in at 11:00 pm, hoping for flexibility until my 9:00 pm flight. Despite efforts, the online support directed me to the app, which lacked extension details. Contacting the General Manager yielded only an extra hour, citing upcoming check-ins. Disappointed in the limited flexibility, especially considering the substantial delay in my initial check-in.

I would have given 5 stars, if the walls were thicker/better. I could hear quite a bit of noise from the outside or upper floors which was disturbing during the night. Other than that, everything is exactly as mentioned in the description & pictures they have posted. However, I wonder that the check in could be an issue if anyone is checking late at night - as unlike other typical hotels here you have a few prerequisite to do to obtain a pass-key to get into the building. As part of prerequisite, I was asked to upload my license to a website, which was failing to read my ID. As I failed to do that I decided reach the location & seek help . I was lucky I could find a few helpful folks who let me in & helped me with checking in otherwise I might had to wait outside as the host on the app could only ask me to retry uploading the license again.
