Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Inn" serving good home cooked food. Freesat T.V and Wifi If you wish to stay connected to the outside world or peace and quiet if not. The Studio is at one end of a Barn in a court yard setting and has it's own patio seating area within the grounds. Internally there is an open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen, a Sofa bed on the ground floor (please note small double) and a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. The large shower room is just off the main living area. Within easy reach of Llanwrtyd Wells, Llyn Brianne Reservoire and The Devil's Staircase, there is plenty to explore in this lovely part of Wales. Builth Wells with its magnificent Showground hosting many events is just a 15 minute drive from the Studio. Dog friendly, although please keep dogs off the furniture. We also ask that they are kept on a lead outside of the Studio as we are surrounded by sheep farming country and three cats live in the main barn opposite. Please pick up after your dog.
