The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

Villa 3 My family enjoyed a 6 night stay at Tropical Dream Villa in May 2022. The weather was tropical to match as we experienced daily storms and never-ending rain. This however did not defer from the beautiful pool and the fun games we played on a daily basis. The jacuzzi is only allowed for 1 hour a day and you have to ask for it to be turned on, jets are weakest in creation though so we gave up after 5 mins and went back to swimming games. The villa is immaculately maintained and boasts 4 lovely en suite bedrooms. We experienced some power cuts but a back-up generator is available if needed. This was limiting though when we used only 2 lights and a TV, and the TV kept cutting off because of power shortage. WiFi is available but not consistent or particularly strong so would recommend a Sri-Lankan SIM card and data purchase on arrival to operate the bare minimums. The wildlife at night were extremely noisy but all part of nature and our experience. The shining light throughout our stay was our housekeeper, Sujee. She made us delicious breakfasts and catered to our every need. She kept the villa immaculate and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Sujee spoke excellent English and was always welcoming, helpful and smiling. We were lucky to have her as part of our Sri Lankan adventures. We had to make it clear to the Gardner/Caretaker about boundaries and privacy though, cameras pointing everywhere including the pool and even one in the kitchen.!! He tried to force his way into the kitchen door which we had purposefully locked and he was snooping around the garden in the dark with a torch when we were sat watching Tv, wholly made us feel uncomfortable at times. We taped over the indoor cameras! Also had to argue with him for us to keep keys to ourselves, he wanted us to enter and exit via him every time and him wanting to keep keys for access to the villa. I’ve never stayed in a Airbnb where we weren’t allowed keys. Some training needed in that department.

Все отлично, очень доброжелательные люди, отличное обслуживание, готовят изумительно, убирают, поддерживают порядок в период всего проживания. Прекрасный менеджер: вовремя проживания понадобилась помощь доктора, менеджер отвёз нас, взял на себя все переговоры и назначения, потом неоднократно отвозил на повторный приём. Девушка, которая готовит еду, всегда старается принести что-то новое, редкое, то, что мы сами не купим. Специально искала для нас йогурт из молока буйвола, какие-то местные орешки, редкие фрукты. Вообщем, полный восторг, мы ей очень благодарны. Сама вилла новая, большая, со свежим ремонтом, отличным бассейном, большими комнатами и туалетами. Все тоже на 5+. По утрам прилетают павлины, приходят вараны и обезьяны. Подводя итог, скажу, что все просто отлично, эта вилла и ее дружелюбный персонал понравятся всем.

Огромная вилла, на которой с комфортом разместится большая компания или несколько семей! Неповторимые завтраки с картинкой как из тв программы Animal Planet. Павлины, обезьяны, игуаны, бурундуки и пр. мелькают перед вами постоянно) Это запоминается на долго. Ребенок в восторге. Распорядитель виллы был любезен и позволил заселиться раньше обозначенного срока.. Так же на часик мы перенесли чек-аут. спасибо за удобство. До Океана ехать 5-7 минут на машине. по дороге есть и магазины, и алко лавки, и кафешки. все удобно и близко. Что поправить: Интернет (его практически нет), в завтраки добавить свежие соки, при том количестве доступных экзотических фруктов - это обязательное условие для первоклассного сервиса. Уверен, владельцы смогут это исправить. Спасибо за отдых.
