Walkable convenient location to roosevelt row bars and restaurants. Modern unique interior design, made me like I was in my own private oasis and spa. The host was very proactive, friendly, and responsive . My new go to air BnB when I come to Phoenix!!

Derek is the Best AirBNB Host in Phoenix He is very proactive and made sure any comments questions or concerns were addressed and answered immediately Him and the wonderful Silvia The Groundskeeper made sure everything was amazing.

Check in progress was easy and move in was simple. However the amenities were not as well kept as the pictures suggested. The decor consisted of mannequins and off-putting pictures of dark artwork. However, the host is super responsive, respectful, and helpful. Anytime we had an issue finding something or questions about the local businesses he was able to help quickly and efficiently. Thank you for having us Derek!

Very cool space! Stayed here for 2 nights while shooting photos for a few engagement sessions— a great place to unwind! The lights & overall vibe of this space were unique and very relaxing in the evening— during the day, there is a lot of natural light flowing freely through the space. Everything was clean and the location felt even better than described. Would definitely stay again!
