The hosts were extremely helpful and flexible with our check in and arrival. The house was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. It was perfectly located for us to go out during the day to the beach and nearby Newport (both just a short drive) and great to return to after a long day. Even with just 4 people, the price felt very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this stay. Thank you!

We spent a week at the house, and had a lovely time — it was very clean, well-stocked and well-located. There were several nice spaces to hang out in the home, including a lovely patio space. The kitchen was very nice and great for cooking for a group. Ted and Betty were very responsive and helpful! Several of us were working from the house for the week, which was mostly quite comfortable. However, the Wi-Fi was not always reliable for video calls. Overall, we would highly recommend this home for an extended stay in Narragansett, and would love to visit again.

We largely enjoyed our group stay at this home. However, it is not directly near a beach and requires a pretty long walk (without sidewalks for a good portion) or a short car ride to get to a public beach. There are some minor things that could use some repair and sprucing up around the house, but overall it is a solid place to stay to enjoy everything Narragansett has to offer. The owners were responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Great house. We have three children who are young adults and everyone had ample room. Several beautiful beaches within a few minutes car ride. The Block Island Ferry just 10 minutes away. Fantastic restaurants just a stone's throw away if you want to dine out. We enjoyed several family meals at the home as well. Great house in a great town!
