Our family, especially our teens, loved being on the water when it was 95degrees outside. It's just down the road from the boat launch and beach, so a great place to walk to for easy swimming and kayaking. The cabin was clean and the location was great. And our hosts were so gracious and couldn't have been more accommodating. We will absolutely be back!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for peace and quiet, which we were. Very minimal traffic directly in front of the house, minimal traffic on the main road that runs on the side of the house. Beautiful yard overlooking the lake with all kinds of space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need, plenty of linens and extra blankets. Tracy was wonderful to work with, responded quickly when I messaged her. We really enjoyed our time together in this beautiful spot.

This is a wonderful place for peaceful getaway. The host is right next door if you need anything, and they will give you your privacy. This was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed!

Everything was as expected. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It's a great location for a restful vacation. If I were to vacation in the area again, I would definitely return to her charming cottage.

The pictures don't do this little place justice! We stayed for a long weekend, 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 dog, and it was perfect! The outdoor space is beautiful! Use of kayaks, row boat and canoe were a huge hit! Bring your fishing gear because the fish are there! Gibbs Lake is a small, no wake lake but perfect for trolling or kayaking! Huge fire pit, outdoor tables and tire swing were lovely! The cottage itself is immaculate and the little touches were a surprise and appreciated! Do not let the porta potty deter you from staying here. Very clean and just steps from the door! Fun outdoor lights and even little fairy lights in the trees at night. So cute! Everything you need to cook and grill...just stop at the little shop, Dam Paradise in Indianford, and grab what food you may want for your stay! Brats, burgers, pizza, breakfast food, many different drinks, snacks, apparel and bait! Tracy was an amazing host and it is evident she truly cares for her property and guests!
