If you are looking for a peaceful place, but not off the beaten path. This was perfect. Katrina responded quickly to needs of parking our trailer. The best feature for me was the sound box and low light by the bed. The king size bed was also awesome. We sleep in which is something we don’t do. This place is sound proof. We didn’t hear anything. Recommendations to restaurants was a bonus. As well as Wi-Fi and a wide variety of stations. We could of asked for anything more. She left ice in the freezer and half& half in the fridge. Provided coffee & tea for morning. I even had a chance to do a load of laundry. Thank you so much. Carmen & Bob

We are Dave & Katrina and have been Airbnb hosts for five years - we absolutely love hosting! Originally from Australia, we spent 9 years in London and have been in Redding since 2009. We have two kids aged 6 & 8. We love traveling, good food, good coffee and making life one big adventure.
