Martin is a great host with great communication. The caravan is very big in a quiet location with a super comfy bed and nice shower. Everything needed was there.

Had a lovely stay in this caravan, comfortable and cosy, Host was so helpful with a small boiler problem that was quickly fixed, it's a beautiful area for people that love the outdoors, would book again, thanks for having us x

When I arrived I thought I’d come to the wrong property so I drove back to the entrance and started again. I sat in my car confused. The outside area was awful; like a caravan that had been abandoned with filthy old furniture and building debris scattered. Leaves and berries (poisonous to dogs) covered the path along with a dead bird and it was difficult not to tread the debris and dirt into the property. I laid a large towel of my own to reduce this. The area had not been maintained for quite some time and was not nice. The guest book was full of good reviews so I think I was unlucky? I can only presume that as my booking was so last minute that they didn’t have time to go and check the property beforehand, which for in excess of £200 for two nights Is unfair and unacceptable . What a shame as the caravan itself was well equipped, clean and tidy albeit the soft furnishings and carpets were starting to look tired. I stayed one night and left. Martin communicated clearly about check in and location. He was flexible on our arrival time and really helpful when we got lost in the dark! Instructions to get in were clear and easy. The caravan was in excellent condition, our kids really enjoyed our time there.
