jacquie place was extremely great the inside was beautiful just like the pictures jacquei left us orange juice, milk bicuits, teas coffee so nice the house was warm radiators worked well also we told jacquie to turn the shower up a notch which was done as we did not know how to turn it up she sent a plumber to fix it ASAP we hope to be able to book it again soon very responsive host keyless entry great👍👍

Really nice place, road is a little noisy and the parking space is very small but it was all described as such in the advert so no complaints 😊

We stayed at Brockhurst Lodge for a couple of nights while visiting family locally. The entrance code instructions were very clear but do NOT forget to press the * after the number. Suggestion: write down the code including the star, so you have it to hand on arrival. The front step is very high, so not ideal if someone has mobility difficulties. The house is very nicely decorated, clean, and has all the necessary things. We appreciated the tea/coffee (including nespresso!) and milk/juice to get started with. The heating worked very well, with radiator thermostats in each room. The only negatives were the sound of the very busy road (OK if sleeping with earplugs) and the size of the parking space. Although it was made very clear in the description, it really is a small space. If bigger than a hatchback, you'll probably need to park on the neighbouring roads. Saying that, we discovered that parking at the beginning of Battery Close was actually closer than the parking space!
