Really lovely place to stay if you come to visit Portsmouth or Hampshire. The flat was clean, cosy and stayed comfortably throughout. Amy was also very helpful, professional and friendly and always responded in a timely fashion. There was even coffee and biscuits left on the dining table which I thought was a nice touch. I highly recommended and was also good value for money.

Great place and host only thing was the single beds slightly to small for a tall person so hard to get comfortable to get a sleep apart from that great value property and location

Amy's place was comfortable and had enough space for our family of (with two teenage boys). There are two additional fold out sofa beds in the lounge but we only needed to use the one double one (extra bedding was provided but an additional bedsheet for underneath would have been useful). Two bathrooms which was great. More forks in the kitchen would be good as there were was only a mismatch of 4 for the 5 of us. Location wise for us it was great, we were visiting Portsmouth and the historic dockyards (we used the park and ride in Portsmouth and it would take us about 15 mins once we left the flat to the park and ride). The day we caught a ferry from Portsmouth to Isle of Wight, took the car with us, it was about 25mins to the ferry port so very convenient. Its on the high street with access to shops like Aldi and other restaurants but we only used Dominoes to get takeaway one night. Tesco is also round the corner so great if you want to do breakfast and other small shops once there.

The Air B&B was exactly as described. Nice location within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Flat was lovely and spacious and felt like home.
