The condo was fantastic. The balcony and the view from there was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed sitting there in the morning drinking coffee from the most amazing coffee shop a 1/2 block away and it was lovely to sit there in the evenings as well. We had everything we could possibly need. There were beach towels and evening bags we could use to bring our stuff to the beach. We felt very safe with 24-hour security at the entrance. The beds were very comfortable and there was AC in each bedroom. They even came and cleaned everyday which was amazing with all the sand we tracked in from the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

This beautiful condo is in the perfect location. We will definitely stay here again. We were a little concerned when we arrived that there was no air conditioning in the living room. However, the weather was great, and the open doors to the balcony cooled the apartment down nicely. The ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work, but we reported that to the management company. There are also portable fans to use if you need them. Both bedrooms have air conditioning that is super cold. The tv in the bedroom facing the ocean is too old to update Netflix, so no movies in bed! The WiFi is also weak at times if you plan to do work from the condo. Those were the only small negatives; this unit is really nice. The building staff are terrific and personable, and there’s no better view in PV!

Awesome stay! We stayed 5 nights here and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The kitchen is fully stocked, as well as the bathrooms. The living room is super comfortable for days/nights you just want to hang out and enjoy the view. The view is gorgeous with a nice sized balcony. The location is right in the heart of town. We walked everywhere. We did 1 load of laundry while there (75 pesos an hour) which was super easy. Check in was simple and we felt safe our whole stay. 10/10 recommend!

Très beau logement! Emplacement de choix dans la Zone Romantique de Puerto Vallarta. Plusieurs épiceries à moins de 5 minutes de marche et beaucoup de très bons restaurants. La piscine sur le toit est super.
