新装修的三卧室海滨房源，位于历史悠久的Battery街区。靠近信号山国家公园（ Signal Hill National Park ），距离公园入口20米。前往Quidi Vidi湖的步行道非常方便。距离市中心5分钟车程。可俯瞰圣约翰市、港口和纳罗斯。第三间卧室设有私人甲板，可欣赏海景。厨房内的小用餐区，可俯瞰港口。私人停车场。市内最好的位置...与信号山公园（ Signal Hill Park ）共用房源线。

Beautiful spot on the water. It was great having a BBQ, dishwasher and washer/dryer for the end of our trip to Nfld. Two tips - The tight one way streets to the place and the parking spot are made for a crossover vehicle or smaller - Be aware that foggy days have a fog horn go off near the lighthouse every few minutes (distant, but still audible). White noise on YouTube was my only solution to sleep

This is the best spot in St John’s. The views are magnificent! Walking trail right off the front steps. This was my second stay here as we had such a wonderful stay 4 years ago. Didn’t want to stay anywhere else! Thanks for the hospitality! I’m

We had a wonderful stay at Sharon’s home! The location was amazing! At the base of Signal Hill, short walk to the coffee shop, and easy walk to the heart of St John’s. The view was spectacular and the house was charming and comfortable. Would highly recommend!
