Clean and comfortable. A perfect for 4 of us. Restaurants groceries drugstore within 5 mins drive. Bike trails around the house. You can bike to downtown easily. We had a great time. Thank you, Lieve and John.

Ray, Diana and I had a marvelous and comfortable respite in this beautiful Chatham home! We have stayed in many properties in Chatham (we counted eleven locations this past trip both in town and just outside)!) and this property was among the most handsome, nicely located, and spacious (for three or four persons). The Cape is beautiful in every season, but I count Fall as my favorite here. We hiked the Chatham Conservation Trust trails this time (more so than the beach which we do in the summer), tried some new restaurants (Mac's Chatham Fish and Lobster Market and Hot Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans) as well as some old favorites (Chatham Squire, Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters, Hangar B at the airport, Chatham Cookware). We had a few rainy, chilly days, but we happily spent them in the marvelous Eldridge Library. I am only disappointed that I will miss a talk on John Singer Sargent which was to take place the day we left for home! Oh well! Looking forward to coming back soon.

We loved staying at Lieve and John’s ‘Chatham Charmer’! Great location to shops and restaurants. Since it was end of October we didn’t go to the beach but there were bikes available to get there and trails around. Lieve responded quickly to my messages and even had a couple treats waiting for us when we arrived. Very comfortable beds and very clean and cozy house. Would definitely recommend!

Lieve and John’s home was a charming, cozy, delightful retreat for a fall weekend getaway. The space was perfect for our girls’ weekend; we were comfortable hanging in the living room and playing games and watching tv and also enjoyed the delicious restaurants nearby and lots of fun shopping and wandering. I hope to be able to stay again some day !
