A unique 2-berth "Karma-Van" awaits in stunning Kent countryside (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) with a breakfast hamper. Perfect for two, this cozy getaway offers seclusion in a picturesque, peaceful woodland setting. Exclusive composting toilet to the left. To the right is an outdoor kitchen, with BBQs, a pizza oven, and a fire pit. Pre-book the heated pool, hot tub, and gym. Barn Shop and Stag Pub are within walking distance. Historic Faversham, Canterbury, and Ashford are nearby. Karma-Van (1984 - CI Europa Esprit) At the end of the garden, in our private woodland, we have our 'Karma-Van' vintage caravan, available for you to stay in. This is the only accommodation in our woods, which we built as a 'center-parcs' retreat at home for our children. Inside the Karma-Van there is on the right of the door a comfortable double sized bed, opposite the door is an indoor kitchenette (w/o sink). Left of the door are two sofa chairs facing each other and a large table between them. This is handmade from pallets and old rafters from the house, (with sink and water) and picnic bench. Cooking & Dining @ CAMP KITCHEN: Single ring gas stove & fuel Gas BBQ & fuel Charcoal BBQ & fuel Wood fired Pizza Oven & fuel Sink with continuous cold water (non-drinking) & drain with washing up bowl and liquid Waste bins (general & recycle*) O/side picnic table & benches O/side large fire Pit (which we use for garden waste) O/side small fire Pit (first bucket of logs included) O/side Lounge chairs & coffee table Toilet: For ease you have access in the woods to a composting toilet (for the Karma Van only, very nearby). This is a compostable toilet for use with sensor lighting and shavings to use, with anti-bac liquid for hands. There is also an outdoor hand washing station with water for handwashing and teeth brushing adjacent to the loo. Hand towel Included. (Please note there is no shower in the woods - this is at the pool area) POOL HOUSE AREA: The Pool House is a short stroll from Karma-Van where you can find more amenities including the Pool, the hot tub, a Gym, as well as a changing room and plugs for charging. The hot tub, Gym and Pool are FREE to use. Allotted time at the pool and hot-tub ensures you can have private use and we can also use during your stay without disturbing you. THE POOL: The Pool water is kept crystal clear and invitingly warm (circa 26 degrees) by a pool cover and ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump). Further pool rules are required to be read and are below. Acceptance of these is taken if Pool Area is used. (Seasonal use by arrangement). THE HOT TUB: Heated (circa 39) just remove cover sit in, relax and press the button for bubbles. Further instructions are in the welcome book. (Seasonal use by arrangement). THE CHANGING ROOM: There is a bench and multiple hanging areas to utilise. In addition hand & KettleBell weights are stored in here. Lighting in the changing facilities is automatic so will come on when you enter the room and automatically turn off after you leave. Lighting on the poolside is also automatic. Travel hairdryer located in changing room. Dyson hairdryer available on request. THE GYM: Elliptical / Stationary Bike / Boxing / Free Weights. Further instructions regarding the equipment are in the welcome book. Lighting in the pool house gym is manual by switches in the wall. THE SHOWER: An outdoor heated shower (with a privacy screen) for your use. Shampoo/conditioner/ body wash along with other toiletries for your use, in case you've forgotten something can be found within the changing room @ The Pool house.
