This was our second stay. I can't imagine a nicer place for access to Brancaster Beach and the surrounding area. We enjoyed 3 full days of beach walks and bird watching, all done on foot from the apartment. The view from the apartment is terrific and a holiday in itself! It's beautifully furnished and well equipped. Weather was cold and windy but the flat was cosy with the electric heating. The building is historic, very quiet and exceptionally well located. The village store and Ship restaurant are minutes away. We did the whole trip by train and bus from Cambridge. The hourly 36 bus service is on time, reliable and a great way to see the surroundings from on top. Friendliness and service at the Ship is exceptional. Great place for a peaceful break and stunning Norfolk coastline. The 2km Pedders Way board walk is now repaired and open and a great way to walk from village to village.

Dormy House is wonderfully positioned within walking distance of Brancaster Beach. The 38 stairs up to the second floor apartment are worth it - views are simply stunning - the best view from a kitchen window that I know of! The whole apartment is thoughtfully and tastefully set up, with absolutely everything we needed for our stay, and in particular, very comfortable chairs in the living room! Amy could not have been more helpful and informative. A great apartment in a dream of a position on the north Norfolk coast owned by a 5 star host. We loved it.

Lovely little apartment, very well equipped for a short break. Great location, easy walk to the beach, short drive to RSPB Titchwell - well worth a visit if you like birdwatching. Plenty of pretty little coastal villages only a short drive away. Thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay.

Very easy to book and receive all necessary guidance. Beautifully kept apartment in a gorgeous location. High standard of accommodation.
