Outstanding hospitality, super efficient check in, squeaky clean space, flexibility, and a centrally located apartment close enough to everything, yet, in a residential and super quiet neighborhood in Venice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there when in Venice, and would definitely come back again the next time I'm in town.

Emanuela’s place was absolutely perfect for a long weekend with my partner for my birthday! It was incredibly centrally located but the immediate area was quiet so we weren’t disturbed by the tourist hustle and bustle. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and was lovely and spacious. The terrace was a particular highlight and we went out onto it despite the colder January season. We’d definitely recommend a stay here!

Emanuela and family’s apt is wonderful. It is spacious and modern while also feeling like a real home instead of a completely generic place. She was in immediate communication upon booking and made sure that I got in safe. One of her family members was on call as I arrived to personally walk me from the local vapretto station to the apartment and show me everything I needed to know at check-in. So many sights, bars, restaurants and groceries are all within 15 min of walking distance.

As other reviewers have said, this apartment is a real gem in Venice, probably the nicest I have stayed in, and even better than the photos. Emanuela and Andrea were helpful and communicative at all times and Andrea kindly met us at the water taxi stop, which made it so much nicer than wandering around in the dark trying to work out directions. The apartment is in a great position, just off Campo S. Stefano, in a quiet street but with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. It was too cold to use the terrace but a wonderful bonus for warmer mornings and evenings to be able to sit outside. It was great to have 2 bathrooms and the kitchen was very well-equipped. All in all, a lovely base to come back to after a day walking and exploring in this wonderful city. We hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It is very spacious and light with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is lovely for a quiet drink at the end of the day. The apartment was very clean and bed was comfortable. Location is perfect, very close to ferry and good restaurants but is very quiet. Thank you Emanuela and Andrea.
