Really nice, clean and cozy space! I really enjoyed my stay :) Spacious room with all necessary facilities included. Really convenient location for me due to proximity to Ochsner medical center. Host was awesome at communicating. Would always reply very quickly to address any concerns! I didn’t have a car so a little hard to get around, but would be perfect spot if u had a car. Would love it if paper towels were provided at the kitchen :) otherwise all prepared 👍 WiFi was provided, slow at times but mostly ok!

Xiao’s home was beautiful. The private entrance was really appreciated. I felt right at home. Also any time I needed to reach out to her she was very prompt with either texting or emailing me back. I would definitely stay at Xiao’s home again and also recommend it to anyone.

I felt right at home in this townhome. 5 minute walk to Ochsner Medical Center, which I walked to and from every shift. I felt safe and enjoyed seeing the sunrise on the walk to work. I loved being close to the Mississippi River Trail, where I rode my bike numerous times. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and clean. The room was very spacious and cozy. I loved the natural sunlight ( fyi there are no black out curtains in this room so night shifters be mindful of that. The other front room does have blackout curtains). Xiao is very kind and responsive to my messages and concerns. As Xiao mentions in her description, there is noise so light sleepers keep that in mind. The train horn is very close by, the Medflight helicopter flys and lands very close by, and the neighbors get loud with their 'discussions'. I used earplugs and was perfectly fine. If I ever get another contract at Ochsner I will definitely book this place. I loved it.

Pros - easy driving access to local hospitals and other places (Oschner main campus is 2 blocks away, Tulane/LCMC/VA about 15 minute drive with no traffic), the room is on the back end of the townhouse and therefore a little quieter but some road traffic is heard/felt, location in general is pretty quiet except the normal road sounds, full kitchen with stove/oven/dishwasher, and in general this area is perfectly safe though pay attention when you're out for a walk. security cameras on the front and back doors and parking is in the back so no one can actually see your vehicle from the road. Cons - kitchen needs cooking utensils and maybe more cookware, the bed is NOT comfortable, shower water is either ice cold or boiling Xiao is very responsive to any questions or concerns. I would stay here again for sure.
