值得推荐的房源，经济、干净且装修精致富有情调，小岛交通不便实属无奈，个人认为适合旅行。 房东热情友善，提供了非常周到的入住体验，下次来还会选这家！

Really enjoyed my time at South Village Hostel, I spent three relaxing days there and only wish that I'd stayed for longer. The hostel itsself was spotless and had a good selection of amenities. The staff were all extremely friendly and polite, their level of English was good but they were also happy to let me practice some of my Japanese with them as well. Yakushima is an amazing island, some of the most memorable hiking I've ever done in my life. I hired a car, however, so I can't comment on how convenient it would be using public transport. All in all Ihad a great stay and hope to be back sometime in the future.

“Please follow me” The staff are very helpful and friendly The place itself has all the essentials and the baths are the traditional style and are a great experience in itself The dorm itself is quite large, but in addition has extra areas where you can comfort yourself, cook or talk with other people. Important Info for tourists: you need a rental car to fully experience yakushima If it rains heavily (sometimes random) the tour guide might cancel your guide so should be aware As i saw, there weren’t any convenience stores so you should withdraw all your money before you go. CHECK the ferry times and catch them from kagoshima if possible. Ibuski just has one ferry at 8:30am or something.

I have extended my stay in the South Village twice, because I really liked the accommodation, its location and the friendliness of the team. Highly recommended are also the creative and skilfully prepared meals. The South Village is simply a great place to stay!
