Perfect location. Wonderful accommodation. Full English breakfast in the pub was a massive bonus. You will not be disappointed if you book.

Lovely stay in renovated apartment in historic pub in Exeter. The apartment was comfortable and tastefully renovated. Bathroom was spacious with natural light and a good shower. Good restaurant in the pub. Substantial English (and other options) breakfast at the pub is included in the price. For those who want to self-cater the kitchen is well appointed. Free parking is available in the pub carpark. The apartment may not be suitable for those with mobility issues as there are steps into the apartment and internal stairs up to the bedrooms with the bathroom & living downstairs. The only hiccup being, we arrived at 4pm and found we couldn't check-in until the pub opened at 5.30pm. A phone number was left on the pub door but we couldn't use this as we are from outside the UK.

Comfortable, and perfect for a drink or food as you are attached to the pub. But quite didn’t hear anyone else. Cooked breakfast and a bar tab were also useful and tasty

Très jolie gîtes avec beaucoup de charme, spacieux, très bonne literie. Restaurant sur place qui sert tard: tres pratique pour une arrivée tardive. Le "breakfast" est bon et copieux.

Lovely place to stay. Hosts were great. Bonus of a full cooked breakfast too as part of the price. Pub setting was good, with the landlord being extremely obliging and helpful. Food good too in the pub. Wish we’d found this place to stay before. Also dog friendly.
