A stunning bijoux cottage nestled in the heart of the beautiful estuary town of Topsham. Topsham is the jewel in Devon’s crown and is drenched with fabulous places to wine and dine . There are an array of artisan shops to explore providing everything you need for your perfect staycation . The surrounding area is spectacular for walking/cycling and there is a quaint little train station providing access to the Cathedral city of Exeter and a short hop to the near by beaches in exmouth. The cottage is tastefully decorated providing a cozy place to sit and chill . In the cold winter nights snuggle up and toast your toes in front of the lovely wood burner. There is a very private patio area for alfresco dining or relaxing with a glass of vino. Entering the property though a cute stable door you will be welcomed into the open plan lounge which provides a dining table and chairs for 4 ,a 3 seater sofa, a large armchair, wood burner, smart t/v with a full virgin media package and a nest of tables and sumptuous furry blankets for colder evenings in. Leading through to the semi open plan shaker style kitchen which is extremely well kitted out for the want to stay home cook. Everything supplied is tastefully acquired to suit everybody's needs. Leading through double glazed doors to the patio area which has a table and chairs for 4 with cushions.This area is quiet and private and not overlooked. From the lounge there is a tiny winding staircase to the first floor landing consisting of one double bedroom with a king size bed ..bedside tables with lamps ..a chest of drawers ... a small walk in wardrobe space ..a mirror and a hairdryer. Also on this floor there is a bathroom providing a fantastic over the bath shower a large round sink,w/c and a mirror . Leading up another narrow staircase into a beautiful open plan room with dual aspect windows a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles on request...bedside tables with lamps. A small wardrobe and drawer unit.. a full sized mirror.. a little stool and another hairdryer.
