This two-bed cottage is spacious, peaceful and perfectly located to enjoy the delights of Topsham. It is a stone's throw from the boutique shops on the highstreet as well as the pubs and restaurants on the water. Two bedrooms Bedroom 1 - king size bed. Can be made into two singles if requested. Bedroom 2 - double bed Bathroom - bath, powerful shower - newly renovated Living room - cosy front room with garden views Dining room - spacious with a table for at least 6 people. Kitchen - fully equipped

We had a very enjoyable stay - great communication and information about access and departure. Home is as seen on photos and is immaculately clean and well presented. Loved the wine swop idea (although didn’t use it this time!). Parked nearby after unloading which is a short walk away (good to have Ringgo app). Note there is one double bed and one king size bed and if you need this to be made into singles you need to let Katie know in advance). Globe pub/restaurant our stand out choice for food!! Great location and access to train station. Can’t fail to enjoy!

Lovely quiet oasis; tastefully decorated while retaining the Regency feel. All facilities excellent. A little Georgian square, you almost expect to encounter Jane Austen sitting outside sharply observing the day’s goings on. (Should add here the present-day permanent residents of Clara Place were very friendly). The Passage Inn 4 minutes stroll away for riverside evening drinks or a fab ‘fish finger’ ciabatta sandwich at lunchtime and a well-kept pint of Tribute. Also ‘Salt’ for a seafood platter cottage supper à deux. Recommend Holman Way car park using the App before 08:00 to top up for the day - don’t even need to get out of bed and £5 for the whole day! Didn’t use our car once as plenty to do. Highly recommend the ferry next to The Passage Inn for a walk in the nature reserve on the opposite shore and a drink at ‘The Turf’, but also the easy stroll to the Bowling Green RSPB hide accessed via the Goat Walk and a lovely green lane. All in all a perfect weekend.
What a fantastic Airbnb in lovely Topsham. Super location, walkable to shops and restaurants. The house was really nicely set-up with everything that we needed. Brilliant. Highly recommended

Topsham is a gorgeous estuary town full of boutique shops, cafes, waterside pubs, restaurants and activities.
You can enjoy hours strolling around the historic town, antique shopping on the quayside, swimming at the outdoor lido, catching a ferry to the turf hotel or visiting the RSPB bird hide.
It is a historic town with much character - you won't be disappointed.
