Church View is a stunning, characterful & very comfortable apartment presented to a very high standard. Together with very pretty views of the estuary & fields beyond the church from the enormous kitchen on one side. Charming Fore street on the other with every amenity one could wish for. It is a truly perfect spot. Mark, Alexandra & John kept in touch throughout. They also very kindly offered an early check in. There is Regular Public Transport for journeys further afield. But Exploring the winding streets in Topsham crammed with every cottage steeped in history you had ever dreamed of tumbling down to the estuary Is the best. And even take the turf ferry to the other side of the estuary. The whole experience was magical. Thank you. Helen.

Church View was a perfect place for a weekend visiting family. It is very well placed in the centre of Topsham, and we even managed to park with ease (not always easy in Topsham!). The flat has everything you need, and felt very welcoming. Our grandchildren loved it! Thank you

This place is fab! The photos don't do it justice. It's extremely stylish and comfortable, has everything you need by way of amenities and facilities (although the shower power isn't great - but there is a bath), lots of space, and is central to everything you need in Topsham. It's only a short walk from various car parks too. In addition, the hosts are very responsive, and a minor maintenance issue was swiftly fixed during our stay. It's one of the nicest places I've stayed in Topsham - and I've stayed in a lot! I'd recommend it :) On a minor note, it's an old building, on a narrow street, with single glazing, so the traffic noise does get in, though it's a fairly quiet one way street, so it's not a big problem. The flat is above a shop, and I think there's a flat above it too. The entrance hallway to all is shared, and the doors downstairs and the main front door creak and shut loudly, so if you're after a lie in in the morning, that can be quite intrusive.

Great place to stay! Exquisitely furnished. Lovely lounge for cosy autumn evenings by the fire. We love Topsham with its cute shops and restaurants. Parking ok with a bit of luck. Would certainly stay again.
