Honestly couldn’t fault, the space is lovely we had 6 of us stay there n we all loved it. Bus stop right outside the house with buses to the centre every 10-15 minutes we all agreed while we were there that for the cost of it and how much we enjoyed ourselves at marks place that we wouldn’t even think about booking anyway else in the area, 10/10 highly recommended, will be booking again the future.
My family and I had a fantastic stay at Mark and Helen's wonderful property. it's an amazing spacious place, immaculate and great facilities - modern, comfortable and homely! Great location with a bus stop and frequent busses to the city centre right outside and walking distance Sandy Park - a lovely walk too! They were fantastic friendly hosts on hand if we needed anything. Can't recommend enough - we'll be back!
Lovely, immaculate space. Three big double bedrooms with en suites and every aspect of the home was clean. Would absolutely recommend.
What a fantastic property. A huge 3 bedroom flat which was spotlessly clean and in a great location. Great communication at all times with easy to follow instructions. We highly recommend this property and host and will without doubt book again when in the area.

Bridgside Flat is located in the East of Exeter on one of Exeters main arteries (Honiton Road). Built right next to a lovely bridge prevents large lorries passing by! Very secure as next door to Devon & Cornwall Police HQ & Exeter Police station
Car, Bike, Walk, Rail or Fly - all options are available and we are excellently located in Devon’s capital city. Exeter University is a 10-15 minute drive away.

Live in Exeter, Devon (UK). Family of 6 and we have a very cool pet dog. Married to Helen in year 2000 and have 4 amazing children (youngest is now 16). We are Devonians and our family heritage is Bovey Tracey just off Dartmoor. Cricket, squash and hockey are our sports. Enjoy Devon and its villages, towns and cities, 2 x coastlines and stunning inland scenery and rivers! Also like a quiet beer (or 2) with a steak on the BBQ!
