All ok apart from the dishwasher not working. Perhaps it would be nice to replace the cooking pots and pans which are all quite old and scratched.

Great stay perfect for us had everything we would need and easy enough to check in and out as there was a lockbox we used which was ideal and host was quick to respond to any questions you have would definitely stop there again when working in the area

The location is in quiet road but very close to the M5, City Centre and local train station. The train station is a 5 minute walk. We used it for a day trip to Torquay which was ideal to save driving and parking. There is a large Tesco a few minutes walk away and lots of other shops and restaurants close by. The location is ideal, unfortunately we were really disappointed by the condition of the house. The front door and patio door to the garden are really difficult to shut and lock. Many of the windows have very loose catches or handles so they don't shut easily or don't fully shut. The walls are very marked and scuffed and there is a large stain on the living room ceiling where the ensuite has leaked. The beds are so uncomfortable, there are dips in the mattresses where they are so old and no-one slept well the 3 nights we were there. The door on the ensuite shower has broken and been replaced by a shower curtain which is far too big and there is black mould on much of the sealant.

Perfect place for us to stay for our cousins wedding. Games for the kids, and next to a playground which was fantastic! Lock on back and front door were a little tricky but fine once we got the hang of it. Amenities all were fine, no shower gel/soap but Tesco was very close so easy to get it last minute.

Great place which met all our needs, friendly helpful host. Parking for 2 cars on drive plus street parking. Quiet safe area. Enter front door into spacious kitchen, to the right is a bedroom. Downstairs cloakroom with wc & washing machine. Upstairs 3 more bedrooms, 1 ensuite plus family bathroom. Comfy beds, minimalist style with furniture & beds that can all be moved easily so no dirt lurking behind furniture/beds! Very clean. Perfect location for Westpoint venue. Small play park 20 seconds from house. Walk past the park & beautiful old buildings for a mobility scooter friendly walk to Tesco (slightly longer route but avoiding steps) Key safe very useful. Patio door difficult to lock, most of us couldn’t. Perhaps needs some attention. Small points: would be helpful to have hooks in bathrooms plus a shelf & door not claustrophobic curtain in ensuite shower! Missing some bowls & forks - Fiona immediately responded & brought some over - perfect host! Would like to return.Many thanks
